As a franchise, Persona is an emotionally significant game for so many. What does this character mean to you?
More than why do you want to write as them, but why are they special to you?
Haru Okumura is a kind, yet she is also so very strong and hopeful. She is someone I want to be like; the idea of fighting a destiny set out for you is very motivational for me. Being the way, she is I think it would allow me to explore softer parts of me~
If there was something you could change about your character in-game,
What would it be and why?
I really liked her arc including the romance option choices so there really isn’t much I would change if I’m honest.
They had been busy. Looking to her phone that sat on her bed, she could only imagine what the group was texting. A group dinner. That was what they had agreed on, yet it still didn’t feel quite real. Walking over to her bed, the clothes that lay piled are quickly ignored in favour of a phone with a new charm on it. Would today be a good day to give out the things she found?
It was from a store near her new university campus, but it was hard to know if this was appropriate. No, this was what friends did, right? Swallowing down the fear as much as she could, she is picking up the phone and reading the notifications. Group chat, uni chat and oh it would seem her ex-fiancé had once again gotten a new number to message her with. With shaking fingers, she blocks the number before looking to the group chat.
They were downstairs waiting for her for her! With a warm smile Haru scrolls up to see what she had missed out on. Nothing much, some light argument between Ryuji and Ann with Yusuke thrown in but it didn’t seem malicious. Looking to the mirror, her outfit and hair would have to do.
Text to group chat; phantom thieves: you guys can get started on the all you can eat if you want.
It had taken very little convincing to get the others to agree to let her treat them to it. Well, from some of them, it was hard convincing Makoto. Putting her phone in her pocket, she walks out of her hotel room thoughtfully; she didn’t want to take too long, but she didn’t want to be there yet — another standstill for her emotions.
By the time she gets to the buffet they are already getting the food, well mostly there are some people with Mona waiting for their turn. Gripping her skirt, she joins the table with an awkward smile.
‘’I hope you guys made it here alright’’ she softly offers as she takes a seat.

Patting down perfectly curled hair for what must have been the tenth time it still didn’t feel quite right. Behind the young girl, various outfits lay forgotten or discarded as they were tried on and taken off. Why did she feel so scared? Nervous, no nervous was what she was feeling surely. It had been a month since Akira had gone home and the phantom thieves surely would meet less but still. They had been busy.
